I saw this beautiful bare tree stretched out against a sky whose clouds were similarly stretched out. It’s not exactly the iconic view of Tonto Natural Bridge, but it’s my favorite image from the visit.

  2. My mother always said that trees had their own unique personalities and held stories just by looking at how they were shaped or how they stood. Looking at trees tell their stories, as a child in the back seat of the car on a long drive with nothing to do, kept me occupied for hours.

    This one definitely has a story to tell, I’m sure.
