    I’m a Deaf person and I want the interpreter to stay in the room with me. I want the interpreter to tell me that someone is knocking on the door!! How do I know if someone is knocking on the door? There is no flashing light in the room! Stay in the room with me!

      Thanks for commenting. You bring up a good point about informing the patient that someone is coming in. What about if someone cracked the door just enough to wave their hand to let you know they were coming in?

    Medical situation…never stay in the room with the patient unless either the doctor or the nurse is in the room. No reason for you to be there!
