Andy and Me at Zoë’s Kitchen in Phoenix
Andy and I went to Zoë’s Kitchen for the first time last weekend after going to the car show at the Phoenix Convention Center — my first time at a car show and my first time in the new convention center — lots of firsts! I took this photo with my Sidekick 3 in my left hand.

Happy at the End of Photo Stroll
Sunday evening, I took a photo stroll in Cave Creek, AZ, with four other Flickr members.
I took exactly 100 photos during our excursion, and spent almost two hours looking over them and deleting those I didn’t like. I am amazed that I liked 33 of them enough to keep them; that’s about 1/3! I suppose I could pick only 10 favorites if I had to, but 10% is still great! Photography is turning out to be a lot of fun.

Portrait of Andy “Headshot Style”
This is a crop and edit of an original photo I took of Andy. The other one looked so much like an actor’s headshot to me, I decided to crop it in 8 x 10 format. I also edited out the blurred light bar that was sticking out behind his head.
