Sums up how I feel about meeting my life partner, Andy, almost five years before the day I recorded this. From the Broadway musical On The Town, music by Leonard Bernstein, lyrics by Betty Comden & Adolph Green.
I posted this almost a year ago on our family blog via Flickr (no closed-captions), and at the time, I was critical of my own performance. Now, I just enjoy it. I hope you do, too.

Oh, Daniel, you always make me smile! Your voice is beautiful, and your enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you for being you. Yes, you are lucky!

Oh, hi Maryanne! I’m sorry I didn’t see this until now. I don’t think they let you take picnic lunches into the garden, and besides I’d say it’s too hot this time of year. I would recommend Tempe Town Lake for a romantic sunset picnic dinner when it’s not too hot. Arizona Falls is another neat place to go. I don’t know if I’d call it “romantic,” and I don’t think you can picnic there, but it’s worth seeing, especially at sunset.
Glad you liked my photos.

Good Morning Mr. Greene
I have the pleasure of going with a lovely friend on a date and would like to know if the Japeneese Friendship Garden (the photo of a waterfall) would be a peaceful and safe place to have an evening sunset picnic?
I would so love to have your input and/or information on this subject.
I would be willing to trade ideas of nice photo op’s in AZ (I have lived here for 41 years) in turn for idea’s on sunset picnicing here in the valley or even within an hours drive out of the valley.
I do enjoy waterfalls. Thank you for posting the lovely photo’s:).
Sincerely,
Maryanne
