        Hmm, maybe similar to if someone just told you something you know to be false, like a doubting expression. “can you believer that?” expression, with the silly sign.

          I think I know what you mean. I was thinking with the sign WOW, the facial expression would be sort of a smile and a rolling of the eyes.
