Dear gentiles, when you say Merry Christmas and I say Happy Chanukah, don’t cheapen it by saying, “Oh yeah, and Happy Kwanzaa or whatever.” First, there is the matter of sincerity. I was struck by this scene of colored lights through my blinds at night. I used a tripod and long exposure to capture the lights and colors while keeping the rest of the image dark and quiet.

Singing “It’s Christmas Eve,” a song I wrote
I wrote this song as a sort of rollicking sea shanty. It’s just one of those things that spontaneously came forth! Our kitty, Callie, makes an entrance at the end.
